A Summit Glory! This very good Client-Friend purchased a ranch in Summit NJ with the intention of enlarging it by adding 2^nd and 3^rd floors.  This is precisely what we did!  We gutted the entire interior to create a beautiful 2 story entry foyer and focal point staircase to the new Floor 2.  The layout of the home includes a nice dining room, living room and 4 bedrooms with a fun finished attic space.  The backyard is finished with a hot tub and beautiful arbor-pergola patio.  NOTE: this project was designed by Judy Donnelly while working at Fox Architectural Design.
